I expect a phone call tomorrow. They did not get 9s and 10s.

Took the car (the Hyundai, not the M Coupe) in with 4 problems, they resolved 1.5.

Problem 1 - blown tire. They removed the wheel/tire and I took it to Discount Tire while they worked on all the other stuff. I gave them half credit for that. I know they could have fully resolved it but I had road hazard warranty at Discount and got a free tire there.

Problem 2 - parking brake not holding on hills. They fixed this. Of course, they also caused the problem, last time I was there for a parking brake recall service. They did a poor job of adjusting after doing the work.

Problem 3 - Bluetooth is F'ed up. This also worked before the last recall. They can't duplicate the problem. Service advisor said it might be that I have a weird phone. I have an iPhone 5, I know those are pretty rare so it makes sense that the system might not work with them.

Problem 4 - washer fluid reservoir leak. The service tech refilled it and couldn't find the leak. I can't believe this is true. Given that they had the car for hours and it only takes an hour or so for there to be a noticeable puddle under the car, and I know the car was immobile for at least 90 minutes (while I had the 4th wheel/tire) I can't believe they didn't see it.

Should be a fun phone call.

I generally don't like the satisfaction surveys...unless I need 'em in cases like yours :)

Gotta love those surveys. I had issues when I bought my truck, and no one cared to listen. I found bigger issues with it shortly after, and again no one cared. Further down the road, I had warranty work declined by them since it wasn't worth their effort to deal with it. Eventually, Chrysler called me for a phone survey about my experience with that dealer. The poor gal got an earful, but gladly took lots of notes. It took maybe two days for the head honcho of the dealership to call me after that.

When I first bought my car, I had to get a lot of warranty and recall related service done. I was shocked after one of these surveys when the service advisor called me on my cell phone to ask me why I didn't give him all 10s. Pretty awkward conversation. Also pretty inappropriate, IMO.

Good luck - I don't even like going back after the fact because I always feel awkward.
